However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. While we strive to provide highly accurate and transparent information on all our products, any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Unless otherwise stated, we make no guarantees on service history, water resistance, and age related wear of our products. Each mechanical watch is unique and has natural variance in accuracy, provided timekeeping information is accurate at time of measurement and does not serve as guarantee of future timekeeping ability.
SECTION 4 – PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We reserve the right to accept alternative payment providers on a case-by-case basis based on our sole discretion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, and payment method, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
SECTION 5 – RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund within 3 days from the delivery date you received the item (as determined by shipping provider tracking number) provided items are in identical condition as original listing with no scratches / markings, not sized, adjusted, engraved or otherwise changed or modified in any way. The product must have all warranty cards, instruction booklets and in original packaging. All refunds must be credited in the same tender used for the original purchase. A restocking fee of $50 will apply to cover the cost of the pre-paid and insured UPS return label.
Return Process
– You will be provided with a pre-paid Return Label and instructions on how to return the product.
– Package the product securely and include all original contents, including paperwork and original packing, inside the package.
– Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account.
We reserve the sole right to withhold refunds if the item is returned damaged, missing components, or has been altered or tampered with in any way.

THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ANY INJURY CAUSED BY ANY VIRUSES, BUGS, HUMAN ACTION OR INACTION OR ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM, PHONE LINE, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR PROGRAM MALFUNCTIONS, OR ANY OTHER ERRORS, FAILURES OR DELAYS IN COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS OR NETWORK CONNECTIONS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING BY PETALS & PINIONS, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETALS & PINIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF VINTAGE AND PRE-OWNED GOODS, WE DO NOT WARRANT FUTURE PERFORMANCE, WATER RESISTANCE, SERVICE HISTORY, LONG-TERM TIMEKEEPING ACCURACY, OR THE CONTINUED FUNCTION OF ANY WATCH UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING.
SECTION 9 – CALIFORNIA USERS

SECTION 10 – SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Site Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Site Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service.
